Dilemma
I have an opportunity to get my work to buy me a laptop. It wouldn't really be mine, but it would be for my use. It needs to run Windows XP, the new MacBooks can run XP... What's the shipping time frame from order to delivery? I need it by June 6th. Apple website sez 3-5 business days. Need to think on it. That would really be pushing it, because I need time to put XP on it using boot camp. Uh oh, I do have the option to push back the June 6th date, that is not set in stone. I'm trying hard to talk myself into this MacBook thing.
Made an executive decision, ordered a black MacBook. Think I'll split the cost with the business so I can keep the fucker.

Why would you need a laptop at work? You already have a computer at work. Don't get it. Also I wouldn't put personal stuff on a work computer. Thats just me. Also I wouldn't ask my work to buy a mac. As you could get a better laptop for the same price or even cheaper.
