time was off, fixed it
For some reason my time was an hour off, not sure if it was my fault or my hosts. I'm gonna miss being an hour in the future, or was it the past, crap I can't remember now. Time was wrong, now it's right. I remember that with my old host I could never get the time right.

It was in the past. It was the server because -1.0 use to be correct.
