la la - Update about lala.com experience
I've been a member of lala.com for about a month now and wanted to post an update. It is freaking awesome! Haven't had a non-playable or scratched to hell cd yet. So far I've traded 30 cd's by their count. I've sent 16, received 14. Not sure why lala combines the two figures... In my mind I've only traded 16 and am owed 2.
If you have a bunch of cds you don't want anymore I'd do lala before I'd take 'em to a used music store or pawn shop. Haven't been charged anything yet, that will come next month. If I read everything correctly I'll be charged one dollar for each cd I received, so it should be 14 bucks as of today.

Hmm sounds like a rip off you have to pay a dollar for every cd you get? I thought you were trading or borrowing or something? You might be able to get cds cheaper at pawn shops and yard sales.
