Netflix Settlement
Get it while the gettings good. Possibly a free month of upgraded service from Netflix. I didn't even know there was a class action lawsuit against 'em. Netflix Settlement info available there. I personally settled, hopefully I won't have to downgrade my account myself after the free month of better service. I'll sue if I do!

Oh and you do have to downgrade the service after the free month, but they say they will email you a warning as the end of the month approaches.

Unfortunately, because you settled, you've eliminated your right to sue Netflix in the future.
